In just a matter of months, I dropped close to 40 pounds and suddenly had the attention and respect of my peers. For the first time, I felt confident in my own skin.
However, my journey had its ups and downs. After my initial success, I fell back into old habits and regained weight. College brought new challenges with alcohol and partying, but remarkably, I never gave up on my fitness routine. Even at my heaviest point a few years ago, I knew I had the power to transform my body and mind. And that's exactly what I did. Over the last 3.5 years, I've dialed in my training, nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset to get into the best shape of my life.
